Dear Manager,
RE: FAULTY I PAD, BATTERY GOES DOWN WITHIN HALF AN HOUR AFTER RECHARGING.
I bought an I-PAD from the Marrickville Metro Shop of your store on last Monday, 20th August, 2012. As per the instruction I recharged the battery of the I-PAD fully. I found the I-PAD gave me service for half an hour only and my battery was very low. As per the instruction once the I-PAD is fully recharged, it should give hours of service.
I rang the store. Your staff on the telephone advised me to bring the I-PAD back to the store for an exchange for a ew I-PAD. I will be happy to have a new I-PAD with no further trouble.
I have attached a copy of the purchase document.
Please phone me on (02) 9987 3456 with a time to come to your store to get a replacement I-PAD.
